My practice as a Rootworker is based on direct experience, formal study, ancestral teachings, and a Loving relationship with Earth.

I received my herbal studies certificate from Minneapolis College in 2024, after 5 years of self-study. Since then, I’ve begun leading herbalism workshops throughout my community in the Twin Cities and remotely.

I work with people experiencing chronic conditions, stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, grief, spiritual unrest, and more.

I do not diagnose or prescribe. I do not treat disease. I work to support the person in front of me, not cure their condition.

My work is especially attuned to the needs of BIPOC, queer, trans, neurodivergent, and disabled communities.

Herbalism can complement other care modalities—including modern medicine.

What I Offer

Initial Herbal Consultations
75–90 minutes
$30–$80

During the consultation, we go over your health history, current concerns, goals, and any emotional, energetic, or environmental factors at play. Afterward, I create a custom support plan that may include teas, tinctures, salves, or lifestyle changes.

Follow-Up Sessions
45 minutes
$20–$70

For those continuing care or checking in after an initial session.

Custom Tea/Oil/Tincture/Salve
Prices vary based on herbs used.

Logistics

  • Sessions are currently offered via Zoom, or in-person by request (Twin Cities, Minnesota).

  • A short intake will be done during our first session.

  • Payment plans and sliding scale options available.
